Classes

We have all level of classes offered days, nights and weekends. Our depth of coverage includes asanas, pranayama, meditation and yoga sutras.

Events

Our events include both one-time only and monthly offerings. We have everything from Noble Film nights, yoga retreats and trips to workshops , highway clean-up parties and Tibetan monks giving special teachings, blessings and ceremonies.

Certification

The Iyengar Certification Mark denotes the highest teacher training in yoga. Iyengar teachers study for 3-5 years before national certification exams.

Instructors

The quality of our instructors is the highest: over 100 years of combined teaching experience! All of our instructors are Yoga Alliance Registered and two of them are nationally certified Iyengar--the highest standard in yoga.
