Yoga also brings fitness, flexibility and strength, balance, a sense of well-being and a reduction of stress. So whatever you are looking for be it weight control, healing an injury or a deeper sense of spirituality, yoga is the place to be.

Our mission is to provide the most authentic yoga instruction in Baltimore. Our depth of coverage of Yoga includes asanas, pranayama, meditation and yoga sutras classes. The quality of our yoga instructors is the highest: over 50 years of combined teaching experience. All of our instructors are Yoga Alliance Registered and 2 of them are Nationally Certified Iyengar - the highest standard in Yoga.

We are the only Iyengar Yoga studio in Baltimore and Winner of Best of Baltimore 2010 for Best Yoga Studio!

It is easy to get started. We have all level of classes offered everyday and evening, plenty of parking and a central location: just off Timonium Rd and I-83. Our prices are $18 for a series of classes or $20 drop-in.

First class free for those NEW to yoga. Continuing students get a free class when they bring a friend who buys a series of classes.

We also have workshops with Nationally known teachers, retreats and private classes.
