Welcome to Susquehanna Yoga

Yoga is one of the most profound systems for health and wellness in the world. It does this by harnessing the mind to the body which brings self-awareness and a deep connection to the universe around you. Yoga also brings fitness, flexibility, balance and strength. Most importantly, yoga gives a sense of well-being and reduces stress.

We have all level of classes offered days, nights and weekends. Our depth of coverage includes asanas, pranayama, meditation and yoga sutras.


Our events include both one-time only and monthly offerings. We have everything from yoga retreats and trips, to workshops, to highway clean-up parties and Tibetan monks giving special teachings, blessings and ceremonies.
