The United Nations has designated June 21, 2015, also the Summer Solstice, International Yoga Day. A concept BKS Iyengar first suggested in 2011.
To celebrate this “Day Of Yoga” we will practice postures that touch on all parts
of the body; standing, seated, forward, backward, twist and inverted.
Then, after a short break we will engage in a pranayama practice.
