The music presentation will begin at 7 PM, there will be a short break between the music selections.

    Noble Music Album Night

Listen, contemplate and meditate on a guided musical tour that has stood the test of two generations. These musical album selections from the 60’s and 70’s were the inspiration for many spiritual journeys taken by many of your current senior spiritual teachers.

Experience this like a concert in a large acoustically alive room, with a great sound system. There are plenty of cushions, mats and blankets to sit on the floor, and if you prefer, folding chairs. You are welcome to bring your own chairs and mats.

Album #1: In Search of the Lost Chord by the Moody Blues. second Decca album released 1968

“Between the eyes and ears there lie, the sound of colour, and the light of a sigh
With thoughts of within to exclude without the ghost of a chord will expel all doubt
And to name this chord is important to some, so they give it a word, and the word is ‘OM'”

Album #2: On the Threshold of a Dream by the Moody Blues. third Decca album released 1969

Back in the day, we listened to these albums while either sitting in a very comfortable chair or lying on the floor. The stereo was quite loud, but never distorted. In the evening, incense was burning and the lights were low, but more often it was Sunday afternoon and the day was fully prepared to take a special journey with the Moody Blues!

Requested Donation is $10.00.  No will be turned away for lack of funds. Your greater generosity is always appreciated.
