Pranayama I – Suzy, Thursdays at 4:30pm. This class gives you the basic knowledge and experience of Pranayama (breath control) methods. Pantanjali considered pranayama the most important practice of all in quieting the mind.
2. Thai Massage now at Syoga!
Christy Thorndill is a wonderful practitioner and yoga teacher and will now be giving Thai Massage in our Therapy Room. Thai massage is assisted yoga in that the client lies still while being manipulated into yoga poses. Wow does this feel good. Call Christy for appointments: 443-865-0181.
