Calming Your Anxious Mind
Mindfulness is a friendly, non-judging way of being in the present moment. It’s a way of being fully alive for each moment of your life. In this 4-week introduction to Mindful Meditation, participants will learn how to more effectively manage stress, relax, find greater well-being, lessen anxiety and depression, decrease pain and more!

Healing Chronic Pain
Chronic pain can have a huge impact on your life and often leaves you feeling hopeless and helpless. Fight back! Tell that pain where to go! Join us for this innovative 6-week group and learn how to reduce the amount of pain you feel, function in spite of the pain, resolve the cause of the pain and reduce medication use and side effects that go with it.

Eating for Healing
Food is medicine! Join us for a group class on eating optimally to support your health and heal your body. Over a six-week period, you will develop and implement an effective plan that will minimize the inflammatory response and initiate the healing the process. Family members welcome.

Usui Reiki – Level I Training
Reiki is a healing energy available to us all. Learn to access it for yourself and others through this introductory class, which is based on the approach developed by the Japanese founder of the practice, Mikao Usui. In this training learn what Reiki is and how to use it on yourself and others.

Yoga for Chronic Pain
Yoga can help people suffering with chronic pain from conditions such as arthritis and fibromyalgia. This uniquely designed series offers six 60-minute sessions with an emphasis on specific conditions and areas of the body each week. Participants will learn how to gently stretch the entire body, strengthen muscles and protect the joints, while training the mind to relax and release pain.

Self-Hypnosis for Healing
This is an experiential class in which participants will learn how to use visualization and anchor techniques to access deeper levels of centeredness and to connect the mind and body. These techniques can be used to reduce pain, reduce food and substance misuse, lessen self-defeating thoughts and fears, increase motivation and confidence, and support restful sleep..
